We want you to feel confident, cared for, and covered in love with every order. Because we work with a trusted production partner (Printful), all of our items are made-to-order—created just for you once you place your order.
This means we don’t hold inventory or mass-produce products like Amazon or big-box stores. Every hat, hoodie, or high-top you buy is custom-printed or sewn just for you—which is amazing! But it also means we have different policies than large retailers.

✅ If There’s a Problem with Your Order
We gladly offer free replacements or refunds for any of the following:
Your item arrived damaged or defective
You received the wrong product, size, or color
There’s a manufacturing error (like misprints or flaws)

All items are custom made to order through our trusted production partner, Printful. This means:

📦 MULTIPLE ITEMS = MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Because items may be produced at different Printful facilities, you may receive your order in separate packages. Don’t worry—it’s normal!
🚨 WRONG ADDRESS POLICY
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you entered the wrong address and your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address:
You will need to pay for reshipping
We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect address entry
📬 LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once your package is shipped, we have limited control over its delivery. If your package appears lost or delayed:
Check the tracking number first
Allow a few extra days (especially during holidays)

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with Printful to issue a replacement.
