We want you to feel confident, cared for, and covered in love with every order. Because we work with a trusted production partner (Printful), all of our items are made-to-order—created just for you once you place your order.
This means we don’t hold inventory or mass-produce products like Amazon or big-box stores. Every hat, hoodie, or high-top you buy is custom-printed or sewn just for you—which is amazing! But it also means we have different policies than large retailers.

✅ If There’s a Problem with Your Order
We gladly offer free replacements or refunds for any of the following:
Your item arrived damaged or defective
You received the wrong product, size, or color
There’s a manufacturing error (like misprints or flaws)
If this happens, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Include:
A photo of the issue
Your order number
A brief description of the problem

🚫 We Cannot Offer Returns or Refunds for:
Buyer's remorse (changing your mind after the order)
Ordering the wrong size
Color differences due to screen display settings
Shipping delays beyond our control (but we’ll do our best to update you)
Because each product is custom-made, it can’t be resold or restocked—which is why we’re unable to offer returns like big stores do.
